Information about figure creation
3D PRINTING POLICY:

 

 

  • I would recommend making characters at least 6- 7 inches in height as smaller figures are prone to snapping with such small features.

  • 3D printed figures are not as flexible as mass produced figures made of PVC. Therefore flexible parts like capes or long clothes may hinder the articulation of a figure. I will try to find the best compromise between articulation and design but in some cases adjustments may have to be made ABS think Lego plastic not too flexible.

  • There is alot of iteration depending on the complexity of the figure to get the it to work properlly. This is the time consuming portion of the process and thus the level of detail will affect the price .

  • The models and stl. files will be shipped/send after final payment plus cost for shipping and handling are received. Please be also aware of taxes and custom fees in your country. 

 

STORE POLICY:

  • All sales are final.

  • If there is an issue with an item I will do my best to rectify any problems.

  • Refunds and replacements of items are made completely at my discretion and will be handled in and orderly and timely fashion.

 

SHIPPING & HANDLING:

  • All items will ship via USPS.

  • All items shipped within the United States will include a delivery confirmation number which will be sent to the buyer once the items ship.

  • Handling time ranges from 3-5 days generally (not including weekends).

  • Items purchased via Paypal with the E-check option will ship once payment has cleared through Paypal which generally takes about a week from point of purchase.

  • I do not offer expedited shipping.

  • PLEASE NOTE, If you are an international buyer there is a strong possibility that any items shipped to you will be held in customs for a length of time that is beyond my control. I am not responsible for delays of this manner so please be civil in communications if there is a delay because 9 times out of 10 it is a customs issue. Thanks for your understanding.
